I think it was Lode Runner 2- you could make your own levels and stuff. Amazing games. Do you remember Dungeon Keeper?
Actually I believe the original version of the game had a level editor.

I played and enjoyed this game for an amazing 20 minutes! Sadly those 20 minutes were followed by an angry gang of two hours T_T. these were spent working tirelessly trying to remove the Trojan that was hidden within the game ROM i downloaded. I'm left with a strange mixture of happy and angry feelings and i don't know what to do about it <_< ........>_>.
You could always try getting your games from only licensed vending locations and sites that can verify and guarantee the safety of their products.
